Abstract

East Nusa Tenggara Province is one of the provinces that experiences an increase in cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever every year. Based on a report from the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Health Office that there have been additional cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever in 2020 to August as many as 5612 cases with 58 cases of death. In contrast to 2019 and 2018 there were only 1169 cases with 14 deaths and 206 cases with 4 deaths. Therefore, an expert system application is needed that can assist medical personnel in overcoming dengue hemorrhagic fever. This system was developed with PHP programming and MYSQL database. The results of this expert system application can help and provide convenience for the community in diagnosing dengue hemorrhagic fever, besides that this application can also help the health center in diagnosing dengue hemorrhagic fever.
