Abstract

Places of worship is a place used by religious people to worship according to their religion. there are some places of worship in Kupang consists of some religions including Mosque (Moslem), Church (Christian), Temple (Hindu), Monastery (Budishm) and Pagoda (Confucianism). information about places of worship in Kupang is very rarely found either in hardcopy or softcopy. For people living in the city of Kupang course this is not a serious problem, but another when in need of information is the tourists who happened to be visiting in the city of Kupang. The process of development of the geographic information system using software engineering methodologies with Waterfall model. This system is used for the development of the programming language PHP with MySql Database. Result obtained from the geographic information system is facilitate search process especially for the tourists in the city of Kupang.
