In consequence needs to mark sense one Expert System that can help mendiagnosis Tubercullosis's disease (TBC) and Dengue (DBD) one that gets to help does dignosis startup to evoked phenomena to get handles more early. Systems developmental method which be utilized is Expert System Life Cycle (ESLC). Steps of method ESLC is menganalisis needed system requirement, gathering science about disease TBC and DBD what do will be made knowledge based, making system path design that walking, doing test to system already becomes, evaluating system, and does preserve to system. In this system scheme utilized by programming languages PHP with database Mysql and method Certainty Factor (CF).
