Abstract

Rhizobium in green bean farmland. Isolation of bacteria from the envrionment was carried out using the erichment culture technique om MSM (Mineral salt Medium) media. From the result of the isolation obtained 36 isolation of bacteria. Bacteria isolates that had the ability to grow on YEMA media given congo red and bromthimol blue. The results obtained were 24 pure isolates of Rhizobium bakteria which were characterized by a color change when YEMA medium was added with congo red, the color changet to pink and when bromthimol blue was added, the color of the isolate changet to yellow. Humas do not play an important role in keywords: Mung Beans, Rhizobium Bacteria, YEMA, Congo red, Bromthimol blue.
