Abstract

Level of accidents and traffic violations in North Central Timor (TTU )increasing from day to day. One of the causes of accidents and traffic violations proficiency level because motorists do not obey the traffic signs and a lack of understanding of traffic signs and road traffic regulations. Due to the increase in the Police especially at the Resort Police Traffic Unit TTU difficulties in the process of recording data and violators of traffic accident data and the reporting process. One right solution to overcome this problem is by making a traffic accident information system and web -based ticketed vehicle in which the system can facilitate the police to process the data management of traffic offenders and also the traffic accident data, preparing reports violations and traffic accident reports. To build the system that will be used the method waterfall method and using the PHP programming language and MySQL as the database. System to be built is also able to provide such information to the offender docket, other traffic news, charts traffic accidents and reduce the error rate in the data collection process as well as expedite the process of making a report of traffic accident data.
