Abstract

The results of inferential statistic show that the asset inventory had a positive and significant effect, both on the optimization of asset utilization and on the revenues of the use of regional wealth. Legal audit asset has a positive and significant effect on the optimization of asset utilization, but has insignificant effect on the revenues of the use of regional assets. Asset evaluation has insignificant effect, both on the optimization of asset utilization and on the revenues of the use of regional assets. Asset monitoring and control have insignificant effect, both on the optimization of asset utilization and on the revenues of the use of regional assets. The optimization of asset utilization is able to perfectly mediate the effect of asset inventory on the revenues of the use of regional wealth, but the optimization of asset utilization does not mediate the effect of legal asset audit, asset valuation, and asset monitoring and control on the revenues of the use of regional assets. Based on these results, it is recommended to the Government of East Nusa Tenggara Province, that Regional Revenue and Assets Agency as the manager of asset can coordinate inventory activities so that each work unit can be carried out as goods users, coordinate and cooperate with National Land Agency and Law Enforcement Officers in the context of saving regional assets that are controlled illegitimately by other parties, and conduct a regular record reconciliation between work unit and Regional Revenue and Assets Agency.
