Abstract

Development era modern technology brings significant impact on various sector life, including in world business. CV. Bhakti Citra Abadi is wrong one company businesses engaged in the field of service expedition delivery goods. However on CV. Bhakti Citra Abadi not yet utilise technology with good in Upgrade service to customers. Among them no existence a container that makes it easy for customers to get information, confirmation process Proof transaction payment still done manually in Case this is a customer must send Photo Proof transaction to the CV admin, and the data management process is still use enough Microsoft eat time. Related with problem described need existence a system information for answer needs user service delivery goods and streamline the delivery process goods. Purpose study this is answer problem experienced by CV. Bhkati Eternal Image nor problem by the customer. Method used in development system this is Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) with modeling Unified Modeling Language (UML) which consists of from a number of stages as use case design, use case scenarios, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, and relation between table . Based on results black-box testing of the system created could walk in accordance with hope researcher. Results obtained is a applications that can give solution to problem experienced by company and service to customers.
