Abstract

The type of research used in this study is qualitative and quantitative research which is defined as a problem solving procedure investigated by describing or describing the subject or object of research (a person, institution, community, etc.) and the data sources used by researchers are primary and secondary data. secondary data. Data collection techniques are interviews, documentation and observation. Determination of informants in this study was carried out by using purposive sampling as many as 40 people. The data analysis technique used is SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Cartesian diagram of the SWOT analysis of tourist attraction with quadrant 1 with the results of the recapitulation between strengths and opportunities has results where the dominant strength is compared to the weakness and the opportunity is greater than the threat with the following values: 1) Strengths - Weaknesses (factors internal) : 2.53-0.51 = 2.02) Opportunities – Threats (external factors): 2.5751- 0.6486 = 1.9265) and the strategy for developing Cepi Watu Beach tourism objects carried out by the Government is to improve facilities and supporting infrastructure and infrastructure such as children's play facilities, development of parking lots, toilets, selling points, ticket retrieval places, gazebos, umbrella houses, trash bins.
