Abstract

This research was written by Dyna Maria Yunita Oben (31116120), the Development Economics Study Program under the guidance of supervisor I Mrs. Emiliana Martuti Lawalu, SE, ME, and supervisor II Mr. Adrianus Ketmoen, SE,MM, with research title “Analysis of Meatball Tracles Income at Warung Podo Joyo Oepoi Kupang” In this study using a descriptive-qualitative, type of field research, while the data analysis technique used is income analysis and the R/C ratio, while the method of collecting data by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires, direct documentation conducted in Podo Joyo Oepoi Kupang meatball stall. Where the form of income formulation is Pd= TR-TC. The culinary business at this Podo Joyo meatball stall where in general are men aged 20-50 years. This age in include in the productive age for work. The average income earned by the owner of the Podo Joyo meatball stall is Rp 210.600.000, for the total cost is Rp 130.434.000, and the profit for the every month (26 days)is Rp 80.166.000. Where the R/C ratio is 1,61%. Meanwhile, the total revenue from Podo Joyo meatball vendors is Rp 3.900.000, the total cost is Rp 1.250.000, and the profit for the every month is Rp 2.650.000.
