Abstract

Learning activities during the pandemic are one thing that teachers must pay attention to. During a pandemic like this, learning activities are different from before, which were done online. In learning activities carried out online, it is not uncommon for teachers to only provide material handouts to students to study at home without providing an explanation, this is considered less effective in the learning process. So it is necessary to use other learning media, so that students can understand the material presented well, one of the learning media used is video learning. The objectives of this study are (1) to determine the validity of the instructional video media on the material of molecular form in class X IPA SMAK ST. Arnold Mukun for the 2020/2021 school year. (2) Knowing the responses of students regarding the use of learning video media on the material of molecular form in class X IPA SMAK ST. Arnold Mukun for the 2020/2021 school year. (3) Knowing the learning outcomes of students who use learning video media on the material of molecular form in class X IPA SMAK ST. Arnold Mukun for the 2020/2021 school year. (4) Knowing the relationship between student responses regarding the use of learning video media on molecular form material on learning outcomes for class X IPA SMAK ST. Arnold Mukun for the 2020/2021 school year. (5) Knowing the effect of student responses regarding the use of learning video media on molecular shape material on learning outcomes for class X IPA SMAK ST. Arnold Mukun for the 2020/2021 school year. The sample in this study were students of class X IPA SMAK ST. Arnoldus Mukun, totaling 26 people. The type of research used is descriptive and associative. The research instrument consisted of material validation sheets, media validation sheets, student response questionnaire sheets, learning outcomes test sheets, and portfolio assessment sheets. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and statistical. From the results of data analysis obtained (1) Video learning on the material molecular form class X IPA SMAK ST. Arnoldus Mukun for the academic year 2020/2021 from both aspects, namely the material aspect and the media aspect, was included in the very valid category with the average percentage of these two aspects of 81,25% and 90,62%, respectively. (2) Student responses regarding the use of instructional video media in class X IPA SMAK ST. Arnold Mukun for the 2020/2021 academic year is included in the very good category with an average percentage of 85,26%. (3) The overall learning outcomes of students who use learning video media on the material of molecular form in class X IPA SMAK ST. Arnold Mukun for the 2020/2021 academic year was declared complete with an average score of 85,84. (4) There is a significant relationship between student responses regarding the use of instructional video media on molecular form material on learning outcomes for class X IPA SMAK ST. Arnoldus Mukun for the 2020/2021 academic year with a tcount > ttable or 4,05 > 2,06. (5) There is a significant effect between student responses regarding the use of learning video media on molecular form material on learning outcomes for class X IPA SMAK ST. Arnold Mukun for the academic year 2020/2021 with a value of Fcount > Ftable or 4,69 > 1,71, and the regression equation: = 71,051 + 0,16X.
