This study aims to describe the profile of student creativity in the submission of matrix problems in terms of cognitive style differences. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive research. The subjects in this study are two students of class X Multimedia II SMKN 2 Kota Kupang. Both students were selected based on the Group Embedded Figures Test (GEFT) test and had equivalent mathematical values, then the researcher gave the Task of Submission of Problem (TPS) and the interview to each subject. The creativity assessment is based on the TPS assessment completed by the subject with a review of 3 creativity indicators ie eloquence = able to create or propose multiple mathematical problems (more than one) with correct completion, flexibility = able to create problems that have different ways of completion, and Novelty = able to create a different or new problem (the problem asked by the students is different from other students or rarely asked by other students) Data analysis in this research is done by reducing data, presenting data, and making conclusion. The results showed that FI subjects and FD subjects were able to meet indicators of fluency because both subjects were able to create or propose a variety of problems (more than one) with correct completion, explaining the problem-solving steps that were made correctly, the subject could create another idea that Has not been poured in solving the created problem Both subjects were unable to meet the flexibility indicator because both subjects were unable to produce different ways to solve the problem. Thus it can be concluded that the subject of FI and the subject of FD has not had Creativity in submission of the matrix problem. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that teachers more intensively to approach individual students, especially to students with type FD, teachers should approach the students more creative and more calm in raising the problem. Whereas for students with FI type, teachers should approach the students more thoroughly and carefully in raising the problem. Many provide training questions and motivate them to be more active reading especially on matrix materials that require students' creative thinking skills in making and solving the problem and hopefully useful as input in taking certain steps to improve student creativity in math problem submission.
