Abstract
The title of the thesis The Self-Adjustment Profile of Class VIIIF Students and its Implications for the Information Service Program. The problems in this research are: 1). How is the self-adjustment profile of class VIIIF students at St. Catholic Junior High School Yoseph Naikoten II Kupang Academic Year 2021/2022?, and 2). What are the implications of the self-adjustment profile of class VIIIF students at St. Catholic Junior High School Yoseph Naikoten II Kupang Academic Year 2021/2022 for the information service program?. This study aims to determine: 1). Self-adjustment profile of class VIIIF students of St. Catholic Junior High School. Yoseph Naikoten II Kupang for the academic year 2021/2022, and 2). The implications of the self-adjustment profile of class VIIIF students at St. Catholic Junior High School Yoseph Naikoten II Kupang for the 2021/2022 academic year for the information service program. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research. The data collection tool is a self-adjustment questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is central trend analysis. The results of the research data analysis showed that the average self-adjustment of class VIIIF students was 127.11 in the range of scores of 100-129, including in the high category. This means that the self-adjustment of class VIIIF students of St. Catholic Junior High School. Yoseph Naikoten II Kupang for the 2021/2022 academic year is quite good. Based on the results of the research data analysis, the researchers provide suggestions to: 1) Principals are expected to continue to cooperate with all parties in the school, especially BK teachers to carry out the design of information service programs so that they can help improve students' self-adjustment abilities. 2) BK teachers are expected to improve good cooperation with homeroom teachers and subject teachers in order to obtain information about students who have adjustment problems to be followed up in information services. 3) Subject teachers are expected to increase collaboration with BK teachers to support information service programs to help students adjust to school well. 4) Students are expected to be actively involved in information service activities carried out in schools, so as to prevent students' adjustment problems.
