Abstract

Soa Bajawa Airport is an airport located in Ngada Regency. The airport is a class II domestic airport which has experienced an increase in passengers both departing and arriving at the airport. Increasing the capacity of Soa Bajawa Airport Both land and air needs to be carried out and prepared properly to respond to the growth of passenger and aircraft movements. In accordance with the projected growth of passengers using the geometric regression method for the next 10 years, there is an increase in the number of users of air transportation services from 370.271 passengers to 654.097 passengers. To meet the demand for air transportation user services, it is necessary to develop the airport by accommodating ATR 72-600, Fokker 50, and Boeing 737-800 types. Therefore, it is necessary to make changes to the runway facilities in the form of runway extension, taxiway, and parking runway (apron) in accordance with the planned aircraft until the plan year is 2032. International standards are used as a reference for calculation methods the need for runway, taxiway, and apron area is to use the FAA method. The results of the calculation of the length of the runway, taxiway, and apron are obtained for a length of 2.440 m and a runway width of 45 m, a taxiway length of 101 m and a taxiway width of 15 m, an apron length of 530 m and an apron width of 67 m.
