This research was written by Maria Aprilia Sintia Waja(31118052) Development Economics Study Program under the guidance of Supervisor I Mrs. Emiliana Martuti Lawalu, SE, ME and Supervisor II Mr. Adrianus Ketmoen, SE, MM with the research title "Analysis of Capital Development Services PT Permodalan Nasional Madani Persero Atambua Selatan Branch To Increase Income of Underprivileged Women in Ultra Micro Business Actors The importance of financing/credit products to improve the welfare of the community, in this case underprivileged women, if viewed from the amount of capital development channeled by non-bank financial services institutions, in this case PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) South Atambua Branch, Atambua City is known to have increased from year 2019-2021. services of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) which is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) formed by the government with the aim and purpose of empowering micro and small businesses. One of them is Mekaar at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) in the South Atambua Branch, Atambua City. This study aims to determine how the effect of capital, credit, and selling prices on increasing the income of underprivileged women who are ultra micro business actors at PT Permdoalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Atambua Selatan Branch, Atambua City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using the Slovin formula and the Snowbal sampling technique so that 100 respondents are obtained. Based on the analysis of the data used in this research, descriptively, it can be said that the initial capital owned by the respondent or the underprivileged women of ultra-micro business actors is one of the factors so that the respondent obtains capital or makes credit at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) South Atambua Branch, with a size ranging from less than Rp. 5,000,000 with the aim of increasing business capital in increasing the income of pre-prosperous women ultra micro business actors. It is evident that the number of respondents' income has increased compared to the respondent's income before getting credit or credit at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) South Atambua Branch.
