Abstract

The title of the thesis is a Student Self-Concept Profile and Implications of Personal Guidance for Class XI Social Studies Students at SMA Negeri 4 Kupang for the Academic Year 2021/2022) The problems in this study are: 1) How is the self-concept profile for renting class XI IPS SMA Negeri 4 Kupang for the academic year 2021 202272) What are the implications of the selfconcept profile of students in class XI Social Sciences SMA Negeri 4 Kupang for the academic year 2021/2022 for the personal tutoring program. selfcompetence of students in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 4 Kapang for the academic year 2021/2022 for the personal mentoring program. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method and a data collection tool in the form of a questionnaire. Date analysis technique uses a central trend formula. The sample of this study was class XI IPS SMA Negeri 4 Kupang for the academic year 2021 2022. The results of the research data analysis showed that the average student self-concept was 95.5 in the score range of 87-112, so it can be interpreted that the Student Self-Concept Profile is included in the high category. It can be concluded that the students of class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 4 Kupang are in the school year. 2021/2022 chooses a good concept, but there are still things that need attention and strengthening. increase support by providing facilities that support the process of guidance and counseling so that guidance and counseling teachers in schools can carry out their duties to the fullest 2) Guidance and Counseling teachers are expected to continuously provide motivation and reinforcement for students to maintain student self-concept 31 Subject teachers are expected to increase cooperation with the BK teacher for discussion, giving reinforcement to students to maintain student self-concepts 4) Students are expected to be more active in contacting the personal guidance activities provided at school to improve the back self-concep
