Abstract

Thesis title: The application of role playing techniques through group guidance to reduce students' bullying behavior. The problems studied in this study are: 1) Why can the role playing technique through group guidance be applied to reduce students' bullying behavior? 2) What is the procedure for applying role playing techniques through group guidance to reduce students' bullying behavior? 3) Is the application of role playing techniques through group guidance effective in reducing students' bullying behavior? The purpose of this study was to find out: 1) the reasons for applying role playing techniques through group guidance to reduce students' bullying behavior. 2) procedures for applying role playing techniques through group guidance to reduce students' bullying behavior. 3) the effectiveness of the application of role playing techniques through group guidance to reduce students' bullying behavior. This study uses a literature study method, the object of study is the technique of role playing, group guidance, and bullying behavior, the data source used is secondary data source, the type of data is qualitative data. The discussion is as follows: 1) The reasons for using role playing techniques through group guidance to reduce students' bullying behavior, because role playing techniques can help students solve problems through demonstrations carried out by students by positioning the perpetrator as a victim, so that the victim is expected to realize that what what the victim has done is a mistake. 2) The procedure for using the role playing technique through group guidance is carried out through four stages, namely the formation stage, the transition stage, the activity stage, and the termination stage. At the activity stage, the role playing technique is carried out with the steps of warm-up, scene setting, selecting roles, enactment, sharing and feedback, reenactment, follow-up. 3) The use of role playing techniques as an effective technique to reduce students' bullying behavior through group guidance, this is evidenced by the results of relevant previous studies. Based on the results of the study, researchers provide suggestions to 1) Guidance and counseling teachers are expected to be skilled in implementing group guidance by using role playing techniques to reduce students' bullying behavior. 2) Researchers are expected to be able to use a group guidance forum by applying role playing techniques to reduce students' bullying behavior.
