Abstract

This research was written by Athanasius Ki (31117114) Development Economics Study Program under the guidance of Advisor I Mrs. Dr. M. E. Perseveranda, SE, M.Si and Advisor II Mr. Adrianus Ketmoen, SE, MM with the research title "Analysis of mapping the original income of the Malacca district" The formulation of the problem in this study 1) What is the description of Regional Taxes, Regional Retribution, Results of Separated Regional Wealth Management, and Other Legitimate PAD in Malacca Regency?. 2) Which Sources of Local Original Income (PAD) are classified as superior sources, potential sources, developing and underdeveloped sources in Malacca Regency?. The purposes of this study are 1) To find out the description of Regional Taxes, Regional Retributions, Results of Separated Regional Wealth Management and Other Legal Pads in Malacca Regency. 2) To find out the sources of PAD which are classified as superior sources, potential sources, developing sources, and underdeveloped in Malacca Regency. This study uses quantitative data, the source of data used in this study is secondary data. The method of collecting data in this study uses the method of documentation and literature. The population in this study is Regional Original Income and the samples in this study are Regional Tax data, Regional Retribution Data, Separate Regional Wealth Management Results Data, and Other Legitimate PAD Data in Malacca Regency in 2012-2020. The data in this study were then processed using the Excel application and analyzed using the Klassen Typology approach. Based on the results of data analysis using the Klassen Typology approach, the source of local revenue for Malacca Regency in 2016 which is classified in the leading sector category is other legitimate PAD, which belongs to the developing sector is regional levies, while those belonging to the underdeveloped sector category are local taxes. and the results of the management of separated regional assets. In 2017, the leading sectors included other legitimate PAD while those belonging to the backward sector category were regional taxes, regional levies and the results of separated regional wealth management. In 2018, the potential sectors included other legitimate PAD, and those belonging to the developing sector were regional taxes, regional levies and the results of separated regional wealth management. In 2019, those classified in the leading sectors are other legitimate PAD, those belonging to the developing sector category are regional taxes, the results of separated regional wealth management and those belonging to the underdeveloped sector are regional levies. In 2020, those classified as potential sectors are other legitimate PAD, those belonging to the developing sector are regional levies while those belonging to the backward sector are regional taxes and the results of separated regional wealth management.
