Abstract

This research is titled Performance of Employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service in the Population Administration Service in Ngada Regency.The formulation of the problem in writing this thesis is How the Performance of Employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service in the Population Administration Service in Ngada Regency.The theory used by researchers in solving research problems is Public Service Performance according to Anwar Prabu Mangkunegara covering Work Quality, Work Quantity and Task Implementation. This research uses qualitative descriptive method. Primary data sources are informants while secondary data are documents related to research variables. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis stage is carried out through data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing stage and then qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that (1). The Population and Civil Registration Service of Ngada Regency is very open in every population administration service, where each population administration service is free of charge and in the management of each population administration service only takes 5 minutes. The Population and Civil Registration Service has implemented aspects of justice in providing population administration services, where all are served equally and without discrimination and service management based on the determination of queue numbers that have been provided by the Population and Civil Registration Service of Ngada Regency. The Civil Registration Service of Ngada Regency has not provided a means of advice box as a means of complaints and handling complaints related to population administration services in Ngada Regency (2). Ease in flow, obtaining and accessing services in population administration services in Ngada Regency can be done telephone number (WhatsApp) "081 337 486 325", website ( https://disdukcapil.ngadakab.go.id ) and visited the Data Information Service Center (PPID) of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Ngada Regency and through the official email of the Ngada Population Office addressed disdukcapil@go.id. The length of management of population administration services at the Ngada Regency Civil Registration Service has been very good and it only takes 5 minutes to 15 depending on the completeness of the required documents(3).officers of the Population and Civil Registration Service of Ngada Regency have been very professional in providing population administration services, this can be from the discipline, politeness, friendliness and honesty of officers in the form of not accepting levies in every population administration service. The existing infrastructure at the Ngada Regency Population and Civil Registration Office is very adequate in supporting population administration services. This is supported by the existence of Computers, Servers, Printers, Chairs, Tables, Waiting Rooms, Service Counters, scanners, generators and queue machines Based on the results of the analysis above, the author concludes that the Performance of Employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service ofNgada Regency in providing Population Administration Services in Ngada Regency has been running well, this can be seen from the quality of work, quantity of work and implementation of duties.
