Abstract

The waters of the East Coast of Adonara have natural biological wealth in the form of potential and prospective resources. The fish resources consist of yellow tail fish and kombong fish. This natural wealth is the basic capital for very important national development. The apparatus of Meko Village, Waiwuring Village, Boleng Village, and Sagu Village need data collection on technology-based fishermen in the form of data collection, so far administrative activities are still traditional so it takes a long time. Data collection was done by observation, interviews, and literature study. The programming language used is MySQL, PHP, HTML, CSS. The existence of a website-based fisherman data collection information system makes it easier for village officials to record fisherman groups in 4 East Adonara villages
