Abstract

Stunting is a description of chronic undernutrition status during growth and development since early life. The incidence of stunting can be caused by several factors such as the characteristics of the family and pregnant women as well as inadequate intake of nutrients accompanied by the occurrence of infectious diseases in pregnant women. The results of the data at the Wedomu Health Center located in the Belu District, Manleten Village in 2021-2022, showed an increase in stunting cases in pregnant women from 20.83% in 2012 to 21.86% in 2013 and increased again to 25.69 in 2013. 2014. Therefore, an Information System technology is needed that is specifically designed to overcome the problem of stunting prevention in the Puskesmas. One of these technologies is a web-based information system.This research was developed using the waterfall model with ERD and DFD design tools, the steps in the planning are: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Coding, (4) Testing, (5) Maintenance. The results obtained through the design of a web-based Information System aim to provide quality preventive health services for pregnant women at the Wedomu Health Center. In addition, this Information System is the right choice for providing information on stunting to the public, especially at the Wedomu Health Center.
