Abstract

Process skills approach is a learning approach that aims to develop a number of physical and mental abilities as a basis for developing a higher capability in self-learners. Physical abilities and the mental has basically owned by learners though still modest and need to be stimulated in order to show his true identity. The main problem in this research are: 1) How is the ability of teachers to manage learning by applying skills approach the subject matter of heat in the XL grade students of SMAN 6 Kupang Academic Year 2015/2016? 2) completeness of Learning Outcomes Indicators (IHB) in learning by applying skills approach the subject matter of heat in the XL grade students of SMAN 6 Kupang Academic Year 2015/2016? 3) How thoroughness of learning outcomes in learning by applying skills approach the subject matter of heat in the XL grade students of SMAN 6 Kupang Academic Year 2015/2016? 4) How does the creativity of learners grade XL SMAN 6 Kupang to employ this process skills? 5) Is there a significant relationship between creativity learning to the learning outcomes that approach the subject matter of process skills in students grade heat XL SMAN 6 Kupang second semester of Academic Year 2015/2016? The purpose of this study were: 1) to describe the teacher's ability to manage learning, to learning by applying skills approach the subject matter of heat in the XL grade students of SMAN 6 Kupang Academic Year 2015/2016. 2) Describe the completeness Learning Outcomes Indicators (IHB) in learning by applying skills approach the subject matter of heat in the XL grade students of SMAN 6 Kupang Academic Year 2015/2016. 3) Describe the thoroughness of learning outcomes in learning by applying skills approach the subject matter of heat in the XL grade students of SMAN 6 Kupang Academic Year 2015/2016. 4) Describe the creativity of learners XL SMAN 6 Kupang to employ this process skills. 5) Determine whether there is a significant relationship between creativity learning to the learning outcomes by applying the skills approach the subject matter of process heat learners XL class SMAN 6 Kupang second semester of Academic Year 2015/2016. This type of research is descriptive and associative study with a sample of learners grade XL SMAN 6 Kupang totaling 30 people. Learning tools used are Subjects of Students, syllabus, lesson plans, Worksheet Students, grille and Tests Learning Outcomes. Research data collection techniques are observation, tests and questionnaires. While the instruments used in this study is the observation sheet management approach to learning by applying process skills, achievement test (product, affective, and psychomotor) and questionnaires creativity in learning. Data analysis technique of this research is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with descriptive analysis technique is to calculate the average value, percentages and proportions. While inferential analysis used to test for normality, linearity test and simple regression analysis. Based on the analysis of descriptive and inferential analysis can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between creativity learning on learning outcomes by applying the skills approach the subject matter of process heat learners XL class SMAN 6 Kupang second semester of School Year 2015/2016 in the amount of 66.8%. In detail obtained teacher's ability to manage learning physics subject matter calorific includes lesson planning, implementation and evaluation of learning is learning well. Indicators of the cognitive learning, affective, and psychomotor complete. The study of students in a class is said to be complete in cognitive, affective, psychomotor, and learning to apply creativity pendekaran process skills is high.
