Abstract

Technological advances in the field (e-commerce) have changed the area of sales that was initially centered on the market or supermarkets now can be done without any time limit. Many businesses are taking advantage of these advances to increase sales revenue and other benefits, businesses can minimize spending money to promote a product. And by taking advantage of these technological advances, buyers do not have to go to the market or supermarket but can order online. In this case, the PANBERS MSME company does not take advantage of technological developments as a result of which sales made by the home industry are not well developed. And transactions are still done manually. This study aims to create a website-based marketing and sales application for processed fish food from PANBERS SMEs in Kupang using the waterfall method with the PHP programming language and using a MySQL database. With this system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for PANBERS MSME companies to promote products widely and make sales, purchases, and deliveries online.
