Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Employee Performance Productivity in Village Administration Services at Dulolong Village Office, Northwest Alor" with the aim of knowing and obtaining data regarding the implementation of tasks in providing services about how the productivity of employee performance in village administration services and the factors that influence or hinder in give service. To achieve this goal, the researchers used data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained from the results of this study were processed using qualitative analytical research to find out and obtain data on performance productivity in providing village administrative services in Dulolong village to find out and obtain data on what factors influence or hinder in providing services to rural communities. please. The results of this study indicate that: 1. The implementation of the duties of the Dulolong village apparatus in serving the community has not been fully carried out optimally because there is very little awareness of employees in carrying out their duties and they are still clueless in operating existing facilities according to their needs and abilities, this is of course difficult. community and cannot build a better village. 2. The factors that affect the productivity of employee performance in village administrative services are influenced by 3 (three) factors, namely a) Lack of employees who are able to use computers so that it complicates all affairs in the village. b) Lack of awareness of village officials in recognizing the needs of the community. c) Employees who are not professional in their work and often violate their respective duties and functions.
