Abstract

Song lyric in Lego-Lego Dance At the Sunnah Hada Ceremony is on of the curtural products owned by the Alor Kecil Community which has messages and values that are useful for the life of its people. One type of lego that is carried out specifically for very sacred tradicional activities is the sunnah hada. What is meant by very sacred is because the process carried out with these Legos ends with the “Juba Dodo” activity (the presence of the princess of the king wearing a crown and wearing an oversized dress and ascorted by the puppeteers and escorted by the guards). The verses that are sung in the special Lego-lego laira cannot be sung in other types of legos. In reality, the community, especially young people, do not understand well the massange behind the lyrics of the song in the Lego-lego Dance at the Sunnah Hada Ceremony. To find out and describe the meaning of the poems in the Lego-lego Dance at the Sunnah Hada Ceremony, this research is qualitative, the method used is the ethnotgraphic method, the technique of obtaining data throughlibrary research and field studies in the from of intervies,. The resuts show the meaning of the poems in the Lego-lego Dance. At the Sunnah Hada Ceremony. The meaning of the poem consists of several meanings, namely every verse that is sung there is a kingsip relationsip, brotherhood between tribes who performs Sunnah Hada Ceremonys with other tribes, even much larger that this village with other villages. This research can be concluded that every time there is a large-scale celebration of the instrument, it will end with Juba Dodo (the king’s daughter) who joins the Lgo-lego Dance in gratitude for the success of the Sunnah Hada Ceremony.
