Abstract

Resort Hotel is one of the accommodations that will provide lodging services for tourism both from foreign tourists and domestic tourists. The presence of resort hotels in community recreation centers can increase regional economic growth from the tourism sector and create jobs for the community. Resort hotels can also support the development of recreational area facilities around the resort hotel, precisely on the coast of Tiang Flag Beach, Rote Ndao. The building design approach uses a Tropical Architecture approach, which focuses on user comfort by applying more contemporary concepts and adjustments to the tropical climate by utilizing natural resources.
