Abstract

Aneka Niaga Ltd is a trade company especially in mineral water and basic food destribution so that the human resources of the employees have an important role to increase the company. Performace assessment becomes something that very important for each employees and for the company itself to make next policy about the employees. Perfomance assessment at Aneka Niaga Ltd not yet implemented using objective assessment. It is happpen because the assessment only use paper and pencil, beside thet assessment history about the employees not stored good so the information of the assessment is not recorded. Method that used in this assessment process doesn’t have standard method so subjective assessment become something that common happen. This research aims assessing employees performance at Aneka Niaga Ltd.The assessment method used bayes method because bayes method is accurate calculate bias data. Assessment criteria taken from Aneka Niaga Ltd. While the development software engeneering is use unified process.. This research result an application that can help management of Aneka Niaga Ltd to assessing their employees performance. This Application used Mysql as the database and java netbeans ass tools programming.
