Abstract

Employee payroll is one of the essential elements in a good institution was authorized or non-authorized no exception Foundation Child Development Center (PPA) Eklesia Sikumana Kupang. In payroll employee has the main task, namely as a means of education and learning that prioritizes the rights and obligations of children and also has a function as a defender of children, to liberate them from poverty either moral, physical, intellectual and socio-emotional, especially the needy to be a decent living, healthy physically and mentally and is able to achieve any dreams and their ideals. But in terms of payroll reporting system using a simple form of MS Excel there is still a shortage because of the frequent occurrence of errors in the calculation of employees' salaries. This study tried to establish a system of information on the Foundation for Child Development Center (PPA) Eklesia Sikumana Kupang that can help solve problems and speed up payroll processing that occurs in PPA Eklesia Sikumana Kupang. The method used in this system is a method of building a model of the stages of Waterfall, which is a method that includes communication system development, planning, modeling, construction, deployment. This information system is built using PHP as a programming language and MySQL as the database. Results obtained from the system design information systems payroll Foundation Child Development Center Eklesia Sikumana Kupang web based which can be an alternative in payroll reporting and the provision of online information for the user.
