Abstract

Credit is one of banking services, in which this service is for supplying fund in term of loan service to the society by using guarantee. In credit or loan service, there are many factors as judgment and decision to rate the credit worthiness of the customer. Decision support system is a solved-system for an alternative decision that can be used as decision aid. Decision support system, fuzzy logic application in this research was used by decision-party for delivering an alternative credit in term of allowing or ignoring and also measuring the price seiling. The method that was used to measure the decision of credit service to the candidate of debitor, was fuzzy logic method of Takagi-Sugeno with the input were revenue, character, share, da agunan guarantee. By developing this application, hopefully measurement in credit service will be more effective and accurate in order to minimizing the risk of stagnant credit and or other problems that can disturb the operational of cooperation.
