Abstract
Today the computer is a vital means to carry out any human activity, both within the government and the implementation of the stewardship of completion personal needs with the institution as well as on a more global level. In the Regional Development Planning Agency NTT province has a pretty big responsibility in taking care information system grants Red Wine. All information regarding Red Wine fund information system should be presented in full so as to provide information to those who need it. But in fact the regional development agency still experiencing problems in the provision of information to masyrakaat because still manual, so it takes time, energy enough to provide complete data to those who need it. Of the problems it is made of an information system aid Red Wine computerized web-based. The method used in establishing this information system is the Waterfall method is a method of system development which includes system analysis, system design and implementation. This information system is built using the PHP programming language and databases used are MySQL database. Results of this system is able to provide accurate information about the village of data recipients, the data Companion Group Peoples, (PKM), the data support the results, the data gallery, and news data. In addition computerized storage medium that allows the user to obtain information in accordance with the required faster.
