Abstract

The information system has been expanded in various fields but not all organisationhas already been using this information system including the office of Public Works agency Kupang City in particular the work of the field of copyright work unit the development of environmental health settlement. The problems facing the presentation of information on the drainage channel and the puddle of water when the rainy season in the region is insufficient drainage data processing using Microsoft Excel and presentation of information mapping of the drainage channel and a puddle when the rainy season that not yet available. Method of development systems used is Waterfall method consisting of some stages namely: Analyses, Design, Implementation, Testing and Maintenance. This system designed by language programming tool PHP and design use Macromedia Dreamweaver 8 and MySQL as the database. The results obtained from making the application of this is information about the mapping of the drainage and water points easily accessible by the department of Public Works Kupang City.
