Abstract

The prominent problem in the serving process of people is still manual because there dates are still noted using the paper, ink and book as media saving, and system is used also have not summarized the people’s dates correctly, in save and also printed as report. Method is used to overcome the problem above is using development method system software engineering of model waterfall, where this method will give a resolving problem to design an application is direct interconnected with service people to church of Antonius Padua Nela, started from service of sacrament. Schedule and people data are noted in catholic church, in this developing system will use php as language structure is used, mysq1 as designer its data and vision studio 2007 to designer diagram DFD and also ER-D with propose to known kind of data is become input and output to system is going on. Because of the information system based on the computerization use this application could minimization constraints that happen to the system before and help the process service people to church of Santo Antonius Padua Nela.
