Abstract

Skill process approach is learning approach in the direction development basic capability shaped physical mental and social for discover fact and draft or attitude and value development with learning process that active already students make afford until skill certain self quantity students. The main problem in this research is the goal of the application skill process approach of the simple apparatus main topic’s for eight grade students of Santa Familia Catholic Junior High School Sikumana Kupang in the academic year 2015/2016? The detailed of this main problem are follows: 1) How is teacher ability in manage the learning activity by applicating skill process approach of the simple apparatus main topic’s for eight grade students of Santa Familia Catholic Junior High School Sikumana Kupang in the academic year 2015/2016? 2) How is the indicator of learning outcomes completeness through the application skill process approach of the simple apparatus main topic’s for eight grade students of Santa Familia Catholic Junior High School Sikumana Kupang in the academic year 2015/2016? 3) How is the completeness of students learning achievements through the application skill process approach of the simple apparatus main topic’s for eight grade students of Santa Familia Catholic Junior High School Sikumana Kupang in the academic year 2015/2016? 4) How is students response to the learning activity with the application skill process approach of the simple apparatus main topic’s for eight grade students of Santa Familia Catholic Junior High School Sikumana Kupang in the academic year 2015/2016?. The objective of this study is to describe the result of the application skill process approach of the simple apparatus main topic’s for eight grade students of Santa Familia Catholic Junior High School Sikumana Kupang in the academic year 2015/2016. The detailed of the objective itself would be as follows: 1) To describe teacher ability in manage the learning activity by applicating skill process approach of the simple apparatus main topic’s for eight grade students of Santa Familia Catholic Junior High School Sikumana Kupang inthe academic year 2015/2016. 2) To describe the indicator of learning outcomes completeness through the application skill process approach of the simple apparatus main topic’s for eight grade students of Santa Familia Catholic Junior High School Sikumana Kupang in the academic year 2015/2016. 3) To describe the completeness of students learning achievements through the application skill process approach of the simple apparatus main topic’s for eight grade students of Santa Familia Catholic Junior High School Sikumana Kupang in the academic year 2015/2016. 4) To describe students response to the learning activity with the application skill process approach of the simple apparatus main topic’s for eight grade students of Santa Familia Catholic Junior High School Sikumana Kupang in the academic year 2015/2016. This study belongs to descriptive study and the subject is the teacher and twenty six of the eight grade students of Santa Familia Catholic Senior High School Kupang in the academic year 2015/2016. Teaching equipment which used in this research are silabus, the material (BAPD), lesson plan (RPP), and students’ worksheet (LKPD). The instrument that applied to support this research is observation sheet with the application of the process skill approach, evaluation (product, process, affective and psychomotor). The compilation techniques in this research are: observational, test, and questionnaire. The data analysis that applied is descriptive quantitative covered counting of average score, presentation, and proportion. Based on the result of descriptive quantitative analysis, the teacher ability in manage the learning activity by applicating process skill approach is good, the indicator of learning outcomes completeness is great, the students’ achievements is also good, and students’ response through learning process is very good. Thus, the application skill process approach of the simple apparatus main topic’s for eight grade students of Santa Familia Catholic Junior High School Sikumana Kupang in the academic year 2015/2016 is optimal.
