Abstract

The West Hauteas Village Office is a government agency located in the North Biboki sub-district, North Central Timor district. The village has village fund income and has village fund expenditure. Revenue from these funds is obtained from the government, Regional Original Revenue (PAD), and the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). At this time the West Hauteas Village Office still uses conventional data storage and processing media, which is still using Microsoft Excel, so it is less effective and efficient. With these problems to help make it easier for the West Hauteas Village office in processing data on receiving funds, disbursing funds, receiving goods and releasing goods and presenting information or reports in processing village data that is accurate and efficient. To overcome this problem, a Web-Based Application for Revenue and Expenditure of the West Hauteas Village Fund was made. Making this application using the SDLC Waterfall method, PHP programming language and MySQL database. With this application, West Hauteas Village office employees can easily make Budget Plan reports, Realization Reports, Raperdes Reports and APBDesa Reports effectively and efficiently and can be viewed and accessed by the public on the web.
