Abstract

Approach the process skills is the learning process is desingned so that students can find facts, concepts and theories with process skills and scientific attitude. In addition this approach can also develop intellectual skills, social dan physical sourced of the basic skills that already exist in the self-learners (students). The main problem in this process is how the approach to the subject matter of application of skills process elasticity and simple harmonic motion on the students grade XI IPA (nature science) odd semseter of seniour High School (SMAN 7 Kupang) academic year 2015/2016? Specifically, the problem in this research is (1). how the teacher ability to manage the learning activities by applying the process skills approach the subject matter elasticity and a simple harmonic motion on the student grade XI IPA (nature science) senior high School (SMAN 7-Kupang) academic year 2015/2016. (2). How completeness indicators of learning outcomes in learning (product, process, afective, phsycomotiric) by applying the process skills approach the subject matter elasticity and a simple harmonic motion on the student grade XI IPA senior high School (SMAN 7- Kupang) academic year 2015/2016. (3). How the learning outcomes of students in learning (product, processs, afective, phsycomotiric) by applying the process skills approach the subject matter elasticity and a simple harmonic motion on the student grade XI IPA senior high School (SMAN 7-Kupang) academic year 2015/2016. (4). How the response of students to the learning process in learning (product, processs, afective, phsycomotiric) by applying the process skills approach the subject matter elasticity and a simple harmonic motion on the student grade XI IPA (natural science)senior high School (SMAN 7-Kupang) academic year 2015/2016. The main goal of this research is describe the result of the application process skills approach the subject matter of elastisity and a simple harmonic on the students grade XI IPA 2 odd semester of Senior high school (SMAN 7-Kupang) academic year 2015/2016. Specifically, the purpose of this study was; (1). Describe the teacher ability to manage the learning activities by applying the process skills approach the subject matter elasticity and a simple harmonic motion on the student grade XI IPA (nature science) Senior High School (SMAN 7-Kupang) academic year 2015/2016. (2). Describe the completeness indicators of learning outcomes in learning (product, process, afective, phsycomotiric) by applying the processs skills approach the subject matter elasticity and a simple harmonic motion on the student grade XI IPA (nature science) Senior High School (SMAN 7-Kupang) period 2015/2016. (3). Describe the outcomes of students in learning physics by applying the process skills approach the subject matter elasticity and a simple harmonic motion on the student grade XI IPA (nature science) Senior High School (SMAN 7-Kupang) academic year 2015/2016. (4). Describe the response of students to the learning process in learning physics by applying the process skills approach the subject matter elasticity and a simple harmonic motion on the student grade XI IPA (natural science) Senior High School (SMAN 7-Kupang) academic year 2015/2016. This type of research is descriptive. Subject in this study were teachers and students of class IPA 2 state 7 Kupang the academic year 2015/2016 totaling 26 people. Techniques used in data collection is observation, test and questionnaries. While the instument used in this study is the Observation Sheet Learning Management process skills approach, achievement test (product, process, affective and psychomotor), Sheet Assessement of affective and psychomotor and Spreadsheet Response Learners. This research data analysis technique is descriptive analysis (by calculating the average score, proportions and percentages). Based on the description above, stated that applying the process skills approach the subject matter elasticity and a simple harmonic motion applied with optimal on the student grade XI IPA (natural science) Senior High School (SMAN 7-Kupang) academic year 2015/2016.
