Abstract

Where the purpose of this ion card media is to make it easier for students to understand the formation of compounds and at the same time be able to write the names of chemical compounds. The main objectives of this study were (1) to determine the validity of the Ion Card Media on compound nomenclature. (2) to find out the implementation of the learning implementation plan by using ion card media for students of class X MIPA SMA Santo Arnoldus Janssen. (3) to find out the response of students of class X MIPA SMA Santo Arnoldus Janssen to the use of ion card media on compound nomenclature material. (4) to find out the learning outcomes of students in class X MIPA SMA Santo Arnoldus Janssen on the use of ion card media on compound nomenclature material. (5) to determine the effect of using ion card media on the learning outcomes of students of class X MIPA SMA Santo Arnoldus Janssen. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that (1) the validity of the ion card media is stated to be very valid with a validity value of 85. (2) The implementation of the learning implementation plan by using ion card media for students of class X MIPA SMA Santo Arnoldus Janssen with a value of reliability is 0.96 very good category. (3) The responses of students in class X MIPA SMA Santo Arnoldus Janssen to the use of ion card media on compound nomenclature materials are included in the good category with an average percentage of 82%. (4) The learning outcomes of students in class X MIPA SMA Santo Arnoldus Janssen on the use of ion card media on compound nomenclature material were declared complete with an average value of 82 and the score obtained above the KKM. (5) There is an effect of using ion card media on the learning outcomes of students in class X MIPA SMA Santo Arnoldus Janssen with a simple regression equation of Y = a + bx = 50.94+0.374 x, with fcount 20.111 > ftable 4.49.
