Abstract

The main problem in this study is how the results of the application of cooperative learning models of jigsaw types of energy and business subject matter in X MIA students of the even semester of the Indonesian PGRI Accredited Private High School 2018/2019. In detail the problems in this study are: (1) What is the teacher's ability to manage learning activities by applying the jigsaw cooperative learning model ?, (2) What are the cooperative skills of students in learning by applying the jigsaw cooperative learning model? completeness of Learning Outcomes indicator (IHB) in learning by applying the Jigsaw type cooperative learning model ?, (4) How is the completeness of learning outcomes (HB) physics by applying the Jigsaw cooperative learning model ?, (5) How students respond to applying cooperative learning models Jigsaw type? The type of this research is descriptive research and the subject of this study are teachers (researchers) and students of class X MIA Kupang City Accredited PGRI Private High School 2018/2019 academic year totaling 18 people. Learning tools used are teaching materials for students, syllabus, learning implementation plans, student worksheets, grids and learning outcomes tests. Research data collection is observation, tests and questionnaires. While the instruments used in this study were the observation sheet of learning management by applying cooperative learning models of jigsaw type Energy and Business subject matter, learning outcomes tests (products and authentic assessments) and student response sheets. The data analysis technique of this research is quantitative descriptive analysis by calculating the average value, percentage, and proportion. Based on the results of the quantitative descriptive analysis of the research data, it was found that in general the application of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model was good for the subject matter of Energy and business in 18th grade MIA Accredited Private Students of Kupang City PGRI. In detail, the ability of the teacher to manage physics learning on the subject matter of Energy and business is obtained,which includes learning planning,the implementation of learning and evaluation of learning is good with the proportion of the average value of 3.88; 3.64; and 4.00. The results of the analysis of cooperative skills of students are in the ideal range set. Learning outcomes indicators are prepared as many as ten product indicators but there are some indicators that have not been completed, namely indicator 3 with number 9 and 10, indicator 4 with number 12, and indicator 6 with number 15 and 18. Student learning outcomes in class said complete but there are still 1 student who has not reached the completeness criteria, namely students (EL) with the value obtained 72.The response of students to the application of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model on the subject matter of energy and effort is good.
