Abstract
TAI model of cooperative learning is one form of cooperative learning, which means students are placed in small groups were heterogeneous, among other academic ability and is amerger of individual and group learning, where the individual is assisted by a team. The main problem in this research is ”how the result of the implementation of cooperative learning Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) type on subject of physic of class XI ipa 1 High School student State7 Kupang school year 2015/2016?” In detail problems were: (1). How are the teachers ability to manage the learning activities by implementing cooperative learning model type TAI of XI IPA 1 Class High School student State7 Kupang school year 2015/2016? (2). How cooperative skills of learners in learning activities by implementing cooperative learning model type TAI of XI IPA 1 Class High School student State7 Kupang school year 2015/2016? (3). How completeness indicators of learning outcomes by implementing cooperative learning model type TAI of XI IPA 1 Class High School student State7 Kupang school year 2015/ 2016? (4). How mastery learning outcomes of students in learning by implementing cooperative learning model type TAI of XI IPA 1 Class High School student State7 Kupang school year 2015/2016? (5). How the response of students to the learning activities by implementing cooperative learning model type TAI of XI IPA 1 Class High School student State7 Kupang school year 2015/2016? From the problems above, the aim of this result is to “describe the results of the implementation of cooperative learning model type TAI of XI IPA 1 Class High School student State7 Kupang school year 2015/2016. In detail the purpose of this study were: (1). Describe the teacher ability to manage the learning activities by implementing cooperative learning model type TAI ofXI IPA 1 Class High School student State7 Kupang school year 2015/2016. (2). Describe the cooperative skills of learners in learning activities by implementing cooperative learning model type TAI of XI IPA 1 Class High School student State7 Kupang school year 2015/2016. (3). Describe the completeness indicators of learning outcomes by implementing cooperative learning model type TAI of XI IPA 1 Class High School student State7 Kupang school year 2015/2016. (4). Describe the mastery learning outcomes of students in learning by implementing cooperative learning model type TAI of XI IPA 1 Class High School student State7 Kupang school year 2015/2016. (5). Describe the response of students to the learning activities by implementing cooperative learning model type TAI of XI IPA 1 Class High School student State7 Kupang school year 2015/2016. Type of this research is descriptive. The research subjects were teachers and students of class XI IPA 1 SMA (Senior High School) 7 Kupang Years of education 2015/2016 by number of 31 students. While the technique that used in this study was Observation, Test and questionnaire. The sets of equipment that used in this research is students teaching material, syllabus, lesson plan, students worksheets, students discussion sheets, the test lattice. While, the instrument that used in this study are the observation sheet of the management cooperative learning type TAI, learning outcome test (product, affective, and psikomotor), assessment sheet of the affective and psikomotor, and content sheet of students response. Data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis (with count the average, proportion, and precentage). From the result of data analysis shows that generally teachers ability in learning management by implementing cooperative learning model type TAI subject matter of effort and energy of XI IPA 1 senior high school student 7 Kupang by numbered of 31 students of education year 2015/2016 is optimal.
