Abstract

Traditional art and culture in the East Nusa Tenggara Province (NTT) is very various comprise of dance, music, and fine art. Dissemination of information and limited of information media causes many NTT’s people generally unaware of the wealth of NTT’s traditional arts and culture as well as the agencies that deal with, in this case is the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) Cultural Park. So (UPT) Cultural Park requires an online-based information system to publish the traditional cultural arts NTT. The needs of information media can be accommodated by the presence of an online-based information system. The information system using programming tools such as PHP with a MySQL database. Software development methods used in this research is the Unified Process (UP). UP can be applied to a variety of projects, ranging from small scale to large scale. This system generates information about the art of traditional culture in NTT to the community effectively and efficiently, reduces the budget in disseminating information of the art of traditional culture in NTT; in addition, this system also has facilities for people who want to add resources information of NTT Province art and culture unpublished.
