Abstract

Licensing process in the Office of Licensing Services on one gate integrated of the East Nusa Tenggara province is still manually and the time required for this process is very limited so it can hamper the work process so that the community needed an online licensing system in order to achieve maximum service targets. This research used software engineering methods and model used is the waterfall model to analyze the system and design processes used Data Flow Diagram (DFD). This system can assist in conducting online licensing and can facilitate data archiving applicant and the company and can also allow people to access information about licensing
