Abstract

PT. Jiasraya Kupang has an obstacle in finance management especially in summarizing the operational cost, where the unit office always summarize all the daily transactions. Then, the branch reports from every unit office will be summarized by the branch office every day. This routine sometimes can bring in accuracy and error in the summary of the report. To answer the problem above and to ease the work of finance team in PT. Jiwasraya Kupang, especially in summarizing the operational cost, then, the information technology is being applied. By developing record port and operational cost summary of PT. Jiwasraya Kupang. In solving this problem, waterfall methodology is being used. Waterfall method is an a method that develop systems which covers the analisys system, planning system and the implementation. The program language used in this system are PHP and MYSQL database. The strength of this is that it can record everytransaction, it can summarize the transaction report quikly and accurately. It can produce a transaction graph, also really helpful to the unit office and branch office in summarizing process eventhough they are separated by long distance.
