Abstract

This study aims to know: 1) The respsondents’ perception on work motivation, organizational culture, work environment, and employees’ performance at Regional Personnel, Education and Training Agency, Kupang Municipality; 2) The Significance of influence of work motivation, organizational culture and work environment partially on the employees’ performance at Regional Personnel, Education and Training Agency, Kupang Municipality; 3) The Significance of influence of work motivation, organizational culture and work environment simultaneously on the employees’ performance at Regional Personnel, Education and Training Agency, Kupang Municipality. This study is an explanatory research examining the causal relationship among independent variables. The population in this research is all 59 employees at Regional Personnel, Education and Training Agency, Kupang Municipality, and all are taken as sample. The data are collected using a questionnaire, and then are analyzed applying descriptive and inferential statistics namely multiple linear regression. The results of descriptive statistic analysis indicate that the respondents’ perception on employees’ performance, work motivation and organizational culture is categorized as very good, while work environment is good. The results of inferential statistic show that partially work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on the employees’ performance, while the organizational culture has insignificant effect on the employees’ performance. It is recommended to the management of Regional Personnel, Education and Training Agency, Kupang Municipality to enhance motivation, improve organizational culture and work environment in providing training to have more knowledge and skills, innovation, risk taking, attention to the details in every employees’ orientation with result orientation to raise employees’ performance.
