Abstract

Based on preliminary observations, information was obtained that the learning achievements of class VI SD Negeri Naikoten 1 Kupang were still not satisfactory. The population and sample in this study were 35 elementary school teachers from Naikoten 1 Kupang. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistical analysis using the formula from Levis and inferential statistical analysis using SPSS. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the teacher performance variable is in a fairly good category with a value of 58.36, the facility variable is in a very good category with a value of 94.84, the learning motivation variable is in the good category with a score of 76.25 and the learning achievement variable is in the category very good with a value of 97. Inferential statistical analysis results show partially that teacher performance variables have a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement variables with a t-test of 2.070 and a significance value of 0.047, facility variables have a positive and significant effect on student learning achievement variables with a tcount of 2.719 and a significance value of 0.011, variables Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on the variables of student learning achievement with a tcount of 7.479 and a significance value of 0,000. Simultaneously the variables of teacher performance, facilities and learning motivation have a significant effect on student learning achievement which is indicated by the F count value of 91.985 with a significance value of 0.000. The contribution of the three independent variables (R2) namely teacher performance, facilities and learning motivation towards student learning achievement was 89.9% and the rest was influenced by other variables not included in this study such as teacher competence, interest in learning and student intelligence.
