Abstract

The problem statement of this reserach is 1) how the effectiveness of village donation allocation in raising physical development management in the village of Bangka Kenda on subdistrict of Wae Ri’i in Manggarai regency? 2) what are the factors that impede the effectiveness of village donation allocation in raising physical development management in the village of Bangka Kenda on subdistrict of Wae Ri’i in Manggarai regency? This reserach was to know the effectiveness of village donation allocation management and to know the factors that impede the management of village donation allocation in raising physical development management in the village of Bangka Kenda on subdistrict of Wae Ri’i in Manggarai regency. The used metod methow was descriptive analysis. The data that was used in this reserach was the primary data and secondary data with the subject of the research consists of goverment village. The result of research shows that the effevtiveness of village donation allocation in raising physical development in Bangka Kenda village on subdistrict of Wae Ri’i in Manggarai regency, there were three phases like planning, implementation and responsibility. Based on the result of research, planning phase, can be seen from development meeting that was conducted by the planning team of village donation allocation less effective, where in the development meeting participation community activity was still low, because of the low information transparency that was told with the equipment of Bangka Kenda village to the community. Based on the result of implementation phase was less effective, where the used of village donation allocation calculation can be solved but because of the less information transparency related planning implementation by the village government to the community, until the attainment objective of village donation allocation that was done in Bangka Kenda village was still less effective, where in compiling responsibility report was not being arranged by the govenment of Bangka Kenda village along with no evaluation activity that should be done with community of Bangka Kenda village. Each phase of village donation allocation management was not appropriated with the management principles and the objective of village donation allocation that gave the priority of information transparency to the community as the evaluation teacm from each development activity that was done, meanwhile, the inhibator factors was the human resources that was not enough from the planning implementation team, information, as well as the less of community participation.
