Abstract

BPS service as the outcome of employees’ performance has satisfied the data users, but it didn’t meet yet the data users’ expectations. Based on this background, the following were the stated problems: 1) What is the condition of employees’ performance, job motivation, job satisfaction, emotional intelligence, and leadership style at NTT BPS? 2) Is there any significant effect of job satisfaction on the NTT BPS employees’ performance? 3) Is there any significant effect of emotional intelligence on the NTT BPS employees’ performance? 4) Is there any significant effect of leadership style on the NTT BPS employees’ performance? 5) Is there any significant effect of job satisfaction on the NTT BPS employees’ job motivation? 6) Is there any significant effect of emotional intelligence on the NTT BPS employees’ job motivation? 7) Is there any significant effect of leadership style on the NTT BPS employees’ job motivation? 8) Is there any significant effect of job motivation on the NTT BPS employees’ performance? The population in this study was 60 employees NTT BPS and all were taken as sample. The data were collected using a questionnaire and documentation study, then were analyzed suing descriptive and inferential statistics (SmartPLS). The results of descriptive statistics analysis showed that employees’ performance (78.06%), job motivation (77.73%),job satisfaction (79.58%), emotional intelligence (79.56%), and leadership style (77.58%) were categorized as good. The results of inferential statistics (bootstrapping) indicated that job satisfaction and job motivation had a significant effect on the employees’ performance, and job satisfaction, and emotional intelligence, leadership style had a significant effect on the job motivation, while emotional intelligence and leadership style partially had insignificant effect on the employees’ performance.
