Abstract
This research was written by Novila Apryanti Kadel (31119073) Development Economics Study Program,Faculty of Economics and Business Advisor 1 Mrs Emiliana Martuti Lawalu, SE., ME and Advisor 2 Adrianus Ketmoen, SE., MM with the research The Role of Housewives in increasing Family Income Through Business Online in the City Maulafa Vilage Kupang. The formulation of the problem in this study is 1. What is the description of the online business of housewives in the Maulafa sub-district, Kupang city? What are the profiles online business traders for housewives in the Maulafa subdistrict, Kupang sity 3 To find out the role of housewives in improving the family economy through online business in Maulafa Vilage, Kupang City. The Study uses qualitative descriptive data types. Data collection techniques through interview with 15 online busniness housewife informants in Maulafa Village, Kupang City. Researchers also conducted interviews and documentation. The research results show that research subjects are housekeepers and also help the family income. And being able to meet the dally needs of life as well as the educational needs of children. Housewives in the Maulafa Sub- District can increase family income by participating in sellng goods onine, can meet daily needs, educate children and so on, and help ease the husband’s burben by earning additional income. Through businessesSelling goods online.
