Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a government program in providing conditional assistance to poor families who are designated as PKH beneficiary families as an effort to accelerate poverty reduction by providing assistance in the form of non-cash money. PKH aims to reduce poverty, improve the quality of human resources and change behavior that does not support increasing the welfare of poor families. Ratewati Village is one of the villages in Wewaria District, Ende Regency, which has been designated as PKH beneficiary. The problem that occurs is that in the process of providing PKH so far it often takes a long time because it is still done manually so that the assistance is distributed unevenly and is not on target. So it is necessary to build a Decision Support System application for Prospective Family Hope Program Assistance Recipients (PKH) using the Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method, where this method performs the process of finding the total weight of the values in each attribute that produces a value. Ending with the highest score. The system development method used is the waterfall method, and the tools used to build this system are using the programming language PHP, CSS, Javascript and database storage using MySQL. The results of this study are a website-based system that can help and provide convenience for the Ratewati village government in carrying out the selection process for prospective PKH beneficiaries so that they are not on the wrong target and make decisions quickly and precisely.
