Abstract

The village office is an agency that conducts population data collection, especially in collecting data on residents born, residents died, residents moved and residents dating. A population system that is always up to date is needed for community service activities in the field of population administration in a government both in the region and the center. However, the conditions that occur in the community show that community service has not been optimal. The population system in Nelelamadike Village, Ile Boleng District, East Flores Regency is currently still manual so it is less efficient in processing information. The process of data input from the village is still manual and more and more file storage makes storage space narrower and results in the loss or destruction of old files. Utilization of existing technology can be done to save time and energy. Design a village-level population application to improve the quality of service for village officials and can make it easier for village officials to collect village population data and make it easier to serve residents or residents in applying for letters. The population application in Nelelamadike Village, Ile Boleng District, East Flores Regency is designed using PHP and MySQL. Then test the application that has been made to know the truth of the results of data processing and analyze the system. So that this population application can facilitate population service activities at the village level, one of which can facilitate village officers in collecting village population data and make it easier to serve residents or residents in applying for letters.
