Abstract

In the era of rapid development of science and technology, the use of computers as a decision-making tool is important to obtain effective, efficient and useful results. Information technology, as one of the significant technological developments, has had an impact on various sectors of life, including in offices, companies and government agencies. At the most basic level of government, there is the Village Office which has an important role in managing the household and the interests of the local community. In this research, we focus on administrative services and letter requests in Oemofa Village, Kupang Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. Currently, this process is done manually with a limited number of village employees. This causes long queues and delays in processing the mail. To overcome this problem, we propose the development of a mobile-based Village Administration Service Application. This application allows the community to take care of administration without having to come to the Village Office. It is hoped that this application will increase service efficiency, reduce queues, and improve the government's image in providing good service to the community.
