Abstract

This thesis is entitled Partnership Between Village Government and Traditional Leaders (Mosanua) in Jawapogo Village Development, Mauponggo District, Nagekeo Regency.As for the main problem in this writing is "How is the Partnership Between Village Government and Traditional Leaders (Mosanua) in Village Development in Jawapogo Village, Mauponggo District, Nagekeo Regency”. The aim is to describe the Partnership Between Village Government and Traditional Leaders (Mosanua) in Jawapogo Village Development, Mauponggo District, Nagekeo Regency. The theory used by researchers is Partnership. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The information determination technique used in this research is technique purposivesampling. The types of data are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, documentation and observation. Data processing techniques used are editing and analysis of data descriptions. The results of this study indicate that: Partnership Between Village Government and Traditional Leaders (Mosanua) in Jawapogo Village Development, Mauponggo District, Nagekeo Regency, can be carried out by (1) Partnership according to the principle of Equality (Equity) to be willing to form a partnership must feel equal or equal and there is an initiative to take joint action, the level of cooperation between the village government and Mosanua. (2) Partnership in accordance with the principle of openness means openness from the beginning of the partnership until the end of the activity and having equality or equal position in carrying out joint actions. (3) Partnership according to the principle of mutual benefit (mutual benefit) the existence of ideas and ideas carried out in the awareness space/public space so that all these ideas can be absorbed properly and the benefits of the partnership are in accordance with the contribution of each - each. From the concluded results it can be recommended that the Jawapogo Village government should always involve the Traditional Elite (Mosanua) and society in determining policy and there must always be a relationship between government, traditional elites and society.The participation of the Jawapogo Village community does not always have to depend on mobilization that comes from the existing Traditional Elites as well as from the village government, so efforts are needed to raise awareness of community participation in the administration of village government. It is hoped that the attention of the Jawapogo Village government will continue to grow and preserve traditional socio-cultural values, especially in Jawapogo Village so that they do not disappear or become extinct due to the times.
