Abstract

The handling of information in the School and Culture Branch of the North Timorese Focus regime has not been physically completed, which can lead to errors in the framework of walking, for example, errors in determining the objectives of the grantees. A framework is needed that can assist in addressing the problem of concluding who will get grants at Primary School level in the North Timorese Focus Regime. With the accessibility of emotionally supportive network planned options, the dynamic in determining grantees can be done more quickly and precisely. A decision support system for selecting scholarship recipients was proposed in this study. It involves Strategies for Request Execution with a Similarity to Ideal Setting (TOPSIS) technique. The information gathering strategies used in the study included leading meetings with witnesses and mentioning observable facts that apply to key pressing issues. Utilizing this network of emotionally supportive options, grantee guarantees for primary school students at the North Timor Focus Area Training Office can be done proficiently and mechanically, and may reduce the level of ill-advised grantees.
